Offered here from the dougfinds collection of
curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles, and unique gifts is this colorful vintage hand-carved
NAMASTE wood wall sign, made in Nepal.
A wonderfully warm piece
of folk-style décor featuring deeply carved, individually painted NAMASTE
lettering surrounded by a colorful carved border. The natural wood
construction, visible carving marks and hand-applied colors give the
piece the character and variation you want to see in handmade décor.
The Sanskrit-derived
greeting Namaste is widely used throughout South Asia as an expression of
greeting and respect and has also become closely associated with yoga and
meditation practices around the world.
The sign combines earthy
stained wood with cream, green, yellow, blue, red and coral painted accents — a
great fit for bohemian, eclectic, yoga studio, meditation room, wellness or
global-inspired décor.
The reverse remains
largely natural/unsealed, clearly showing the wood grain and construction.
Original “MADE IN NEPAL” label remains attached. A simple cord hanger is
installed on the back and the sign is ready for display.
