Offered here from the dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles, and unique gifts is this matching pair of vintage Johann Haviland Mountain Sky coffee mugs, part of the discontinued Crowning Fashion dinnerware line.

Mountain Sky is one of those wonderfully simple patterns that doesn’t need flowers, gold trim or a parade of decoration to work. A warm ivory body is finished with a soft powder-blue band and narrow dark blue rim, giving the mugs a clean, understated look that fits just as easily into a vintage kitchen as it does beside modern white dinnerware.

Detailed Condition

Both mugs are in very good vintage pre-owned condition.

The glossy interiors are clean, and the blue bands and rim decoration remain attractive. Light surface wear, tiny marks and minor manufacturing/age imperfections may be present consistent with previous use.

No chips, cracks or repairs were noted during inspection.

The undersides show expected light contact wear, and the printed maker/backstamps remain clearly legible.
