Smooth Fitness EVO FX25 Upper Console Computer / Control Board Assembly with Original Overlay & Complete Wiring Harness

Offered here from my personal #dougfinds collection is the upper computer/control assembly removed from a Smooth Fitness EVO FX25 folding treadmill, including the original FX25-102 computer PC board, associated console electronics, original control overlay and the complete original wiring harness carefully removed intact from the donor machine.

This is not an unknown loose board pulled from an untested treadmill.

Immediately prior to disassembly, the treadmill was powered and its upper console functions were tested. The LCD powered and displayed normally, console buttons responded, incline control operated correctly, safety-key function operated correctly, and the heart-rate monitoring system displayed a pulse reading. During testing, the console's speed-control signal was also electrically verified to change appropriately as higher speeds were selected.

A video of the donor treadmill operating prior to disassembly is included with this listing. The video also shows the running belt failing to operate normally; troubleshooting isolated that problem to the treadmill's separate lower motor-control system rather than this upper console assembly.

The original Smooth/EVO parts documentation identifies the Computer PC Board as FX25-102 and the Overlay as FX25-101.

Important Overlay Note

The original control overlay was carefully removed during disassembly so that the complete computer assembly could be preserved. Because the overlay originally occupied a larger portion of the complete console housing, it no longer conforms perfectly to the reduced assembly as presently configured.

It has therefore been retained rather than discarded, since it contains the original EVO FX25 graphics and control-button identification and may be valuable to a buyer repairing an existing console. A portion of the original adhesive may be exposed/protected for shipment. The buyer may remove, reposition or reinstall the overlay as appropriate for their repair.
