Offered here from the dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles, and unique gifts is this charming allen + roth red and gold embroidered bell lamp shade, a richly decorated traditional shade originally offered through Lowe's and now discontinued.

This one has some presence. The exterior is covered in a deep burgundy-red fabric embroidered with sweeping gold scrollwork, while elaborate coordinating braid finishes both the upper and lower edges. The result is decidedly traditional without requiring a particularly ornate lamp base—the shade itself supplies plenty of decoration.

Lowe's described this design as a red fabric shade with an elegant gold swirl pattern and decorative gold trim, intended for traditional décor. The original specifications identify the larger version as approximately 12" high × 16" across the bottom and fitted with a standard spider fitter for use with a lamp harp.

The shade remains remarkably attractive when viewed normally, with the sheen of the red fabric changing subtly with the light and the raised gold embroidery providing both texture and contrast. It would pair particularly well with brass, antique-gold, bronze, dark wood or black lamp bases.
