Offered
here from the dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing,
collectibles, and unique gifts is this beautiful
vintage Mid-Century Modern Kernat Israel Pottery three-piece relish
serving set complete with its original wood serving tray.
Finished in a rich
oxblood burgundy drip glaze with dramatic cream lava-style flowing accents,
this authentic Israeli pottery set perfectly captures the bold
handcrafted aesthetic that made Mid-Century Israeli ceramics so collectible.
Even more desirable, the three original bowls remain together with their
matching wood caddy exactly as originally sold.
Each bowl carries the
impressed Kernat Israel factory hallmark, mold number 59, and ISRAEL
country mark. The original metallic export label remains attached to the wood
tray, while the seldom-surviving Israeli government tax stamp with serial
number 059585 provides an outstanding piece of documented production history rarely
found intact.

Detailed Condition:
This set is in excellent
vintage condition.
All three ceramic bowls
remain free of chips, cracks, or repairs. The glossy drip glaze retains
excellent color and shine. One bowl shows a tiny factory glaze skip and another
has a minute glaze irregularity, both consistent with original hand production
rather than damage.
The original wood tray
remains structurally excellent with only minor handling wear consistent with
age. The original metallic export foil label remains attached and displays
expected age-related oxidation and edge wear.
A particularly desirable
feature is the surviving Israeli tax stamp, which remains crisp and legible
with clearly visible Hebrew lettering and serial number.
All three bowls retain
their original factory marks and remain a matching original set.
