Offered here from the dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles, and unique gifts is this lovely vintage cast iron adjustable book stand/display holder.

Heavy cast iron construction with ornate scrollwork design and adjustable tilt mechanism. Features page-holder cord and decorative pedestal base. Excellent for cookbooks, display books, tablets, or decorative use.

This piece was carefully cleaned and stabilized using electrolysis rust removal and then lightly oiled to help preserve the finish while maintaining its vintage character and texture.

A particularly charming detail is the naturally formed heart-like motif visible in the center design when viewed from the front.

Condition is very good vintage restored condition with age-appropriate surface texture and finish variation consistent with cast iron pieces of this type. Structurally solid and displays beautifully.

Book shown in photos not included.
