Offered here from the
dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles,
and unique gifts is this unused T-Fal
Avante Sandwich and Waffle Maker, model SM601003A DI, complete in its
original retail box with interchangeable waffle and pocket-sandwich cooking
plates.
This example has
been opened but never used. The appliance has never been plugged in or
used for cooking, and the cooking surfaces remain exceptionally clean with no
cooking residue or signs of prior food preparation.
A versatile
two-in-one countertop appliance, the Avante lets you switch between two
removable nonstick cooking-plate sets:
- Waffle plates make two waffles at a time
- Pocket sandwich plates make two sealed toasted sandwiches
- Removable nonstick plates are
dishwasher safe
- Red and green indicator lights
show power and cooking readiness
- Front locking handle
- Space-saving vertical storage
- Black exterior with brushed
stainless-steel-look upper panel
Also included are
the original internal packaging, instruction/recipe booklet and accompanying
factory paperwork shown in the photographs.
The original retail
carton has survived quite well but does show normal shelf and storage wear,
including scattered scuffs, marks and edge/corner wear. The important part is
what's inside: a remarkably well-preserved, unused example of this earlier
T-Fal Avante sandwich and waffle maker.
