Offered here from the dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles, and unique gifts is this fun pair of Vans Sk8-Low Teal Pink Checkerboard sneakers, style VN0A4UUK6A0, in men's size 11.

This is one of those Vans colorways that refuses to disappear into the crowd. The classic low-profile Sk8-Low silhouette combines bright teal suede with teal-and-white checkerboard textile panels, vivid pink Vans Sidestripes and collar lining, white laces and a matching pink foxing stripe around the traditional off-white rubber midsole.

The result is unmistakably Vans — part skate shoe, part retro streetwear and a whole lot more interesting than another pair of black sneakers.

The teal suede shows the natural tonal variation and light rubbing expected from previous wear, while the interiors and rubber midsoles show additional evidence of use. Most importantly for a pair of skate-inspired Vans, the signature gum rubber waffle outsoles remain well defined with substantial tread remaining.

The combination of teal, white checkerboard and hot pink gives these a distinctive retro look with plenty of Y2K/skate/streetwear appeal, while the men's size 11 makes them an especially wearable example of this discontinued colorway.
