Offered here from the dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles, and unique gifts is this elegant vintage Wallace Baroque silverplate sauce or gravy bowl with attached underplate, model 247.

Featuring Wallace's famous Baroque scroll and floral border design, this serving piece combines ornate Victorian-inspired styling with practical function. The attached underplate helps catch drips while serving gravies, sauces, dressings, or side dishes.

This example retains its original Wallace foil label and is marked "Baroque by Wallace 247" on the underside. The piece has been cleaned and polished and displays beautifully with a bright mirror finish.

The Baroque pattern remains one of Wallace's most recognizable and enduring designs, known for its elaborate scrollwork and richly detailed border decoration. Wallace introduced the Grande Baroque pattern in the early 1940s and it remains one of the company's best-known designs.
