pattern.
Includes matching jug (creamer) and bowl, both featuring hand-painted
Scottish thistle and wildflower decoration in soft blue, green, and earthy
tones.
Both pieces retain the impressed Buchan Portobello Scotland
backstamp and M2M-50 marking. The jug is additionally hand-numbered 181/7 with
decorator’s initial “K.”
Beautiful speckled glaze with subtle green rim shading. A
wonderful example of classic Scottish studio pottery — equally suited for
display or functional use.
